The optimization of the visibility inlcudes optimized automatic adjustment of the backlight according to the surronding light changes (as reported from the LSZ), as well as optimized positioning to avoid light reflections.

The airVent Display is easily read in all light conditions, except for sunlight hitting directly onto the screen (which happens only at a few angles). There exists only a very few TFT based LCD screens that can handle direct sunlight, but none in the size and resolution that is needed for the airVent Display.
