add Brake Pressures

add Brake Pressures option adds a display for the brake pressures and has all GUIs as in GUI Basic + GUI with Brake Pressure Graphs, Brake Bias Estimation and individual measured Wheel Speeds.

Included is Pressure2CAN HW for reading the MK60 brake pressure sensors.
