add Differential Temperature

add Differential Temperature option adds display for the temperature in the rear differential. A Temperature2CAN module is included as well as a temperature sensor and adapter.

add Differential Temperature adds these displays to the GUI Basic package:

Please not that in this display the gear box temperature will not be active, unless the add Gear Box Temperature option is selcted.
