- The Customer must provide specific details regarding work being requested in order to define scope.
- airVentDisplay must first agree to accept task as requested and defined by the customer
- The Customer commits to not withdraw from the agreement once the work on their task has been started.
- After any knowledge-transfer has happened, support purchased is non-refundable.
- airVentDisplay ensures confidentiality regarding any customer issues in general.
- Abuse will in any case result in immediate cancel of support agreements.
